Delivery
Metro cities 3–4 working days; other pin codes 4–7 working days. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer.
Free shipping
Delivery is free on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499. Below that a flat ₹79 contribution applies.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed on dispatch, and live status is always visible on the Track Order page using your order ID.
How we pack
Powders are heat-sealed in food-grade, light-resistant pouches and cushioned inside recyclable outer cartons. We avoid plastic void fill and use paper-based protection so the whole parcel can go into your recycling.

Damaged or incorrect parcels
Keep the parcel and packaging, photograph the damage, and write to us with your order ID within 48 hours of delivery. We replace damaged, leaking or incorrect items at our cost — no return shipping charges to you.
Returns
Because these are foods, we can only accept unopened, sealed packs in their original condition, requested within 7 days of delivery. Opened packs cannot be resold and are not eligible unless the product is defective.
To start a return, email us with your order ID and the reason. Once the pack reaches us and passes inspection, we issue the refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — contact us with your order ID. After dispatch, please wait for delivery and raise a return if eligible.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of approval. Depending on your bank, the credit typically appears within a further 3–7 working days. Failed payments are auto-reversed by the bank without any action from us.
