Terms of use
These terms govern your use of thesharira.com and every purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them.
The seller
This store is operated by Sharira, India. Contact: admin@thesharira.com. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where stock, pricing or payment information is incorrect, or where fraud is suspected.
Pricing, payment and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout before payment and verified again on our servers at the moment of payment, so the amount you see is the amount charged. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card or bank details. Failed payments are auto-reversed by your bank, typically within 5–7 working days.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timelines, the 7-day sealed-pack return window, damaged-parcel replacements and refund timelines are set out on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.
Coupons and promotions
Coupons apply as described at the time of issue, are validated server-side, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn where misused.
Product information and health
We work to keep descriptions and images accurate, but natural products vary by harvest and season. Content on this site is educational, our products are foods — not medicines — and nothing here is medical advice. Consult a qualified clinician if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or managing a health condition.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy protected material for commercial use, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
