Traceability
From one hillside, not from a warehouse
Commodity spice is blended from dozens of unnamed sources, which is why the colour, aroma and strength change from pack to pack. We buy whole lots from a named farm in a named season, so what you taste in January is what you taste again in June.
Each pack carries a lot number that maps back to the village, harvest window and the grower who was paid for it.
Proof, not promises
Every lot is independently tested
Identity, moisture, microbial load, heavy metals and — where relevant — active markers such as curcumin are checked by accredited third-party laboratories before packing.
If a lot fails, it is rejected. We would rather be out of stock than ship something we cannot stand behind.
What we refuse to do
No fillers or bulking agents. No irradiation to mask poor handling. No inflated "clinical" claims. No mystery blends whose ingredients hide behind a proprietary label.
